White Rock Canyon and the Rio Grande
November 2007

Oscar took a dozen riders, including some guests from the Santa Fe area, for a training ride in the Caja del Rio Plateau area west of Santa Fe. We actually dropped down to the Buckman area of White Rock Canyon and followed the Rio Grande River. It had great scenery as we picked our way along an old narrow gauge railroad bed surrounded by tall cliffs– doing a little brushing where required. We had lunch sitting next to the River and then headed back home to the trailers.
